At JU Sportz, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made sportswear tailored to your exact needs. Because each product is made to order, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both parties.

1. Custom Product Policy

All orders are made based on customer-approved designs, sizes, and specifications. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect sizes provided by the customer
Design or color changes after production has started

2. Eligible Returns (Defective or Incorrect Orders)

We accept returns and offer replacements or refunds only if:

The product has a clear manufacturing defect
The delivered items do not match the approved order (wrong design, color, logo, or quantity)

To qualify:

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
You must provide photos or videos of the issue
Returned items must be unused and in original condition
Once verified, we will offer a free replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

3. Return Process

If your return is approved:

We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions
For international clients, we may not require physical return (proof via video/photos may be sufficient)
Replacements or refunds are processed within 7 business days after verification

4. Shipping Costs

If the fault is on our end (e.g., defect or wrong order), we cover all costs related to remaking or reshipping
If the return is not due to our error, shipping charges will not be refunded

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once materials are cut or printing/embroidery has started, cancellations are not accepted.
