  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, Western Union, or any agreed secure method.

  • All prices are exclusive of shipping unless stated otherwise.

  • We ship worldwide through trusted courier and cargo services.

  • Standard production time is 2 weeks from order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and order size.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party couriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

As we manufacture custom products:

  • Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or order errors.

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Approved refunds or remakes will be processed promptly.

  • No refunds for errors caused by incorrect information from the customer.
